Pat Harris, who has been with Pinnacle IT for 18 years since starting on August 9, 2006, has transitioned from her role as Office Manager into the role of Director of Human Resources. Over nearly two decades, Pat has witnessed and contributed to many phases of the company’s evolution, including various leadership styles, policy changes, and even location shifts. “The one consistent through every change has always been to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible,” Pat remarked. “I am excited about the addition of younger leaders who have new and innovative ideas on how to support and develop the employees who provide that service, and who want to encourage employee participation with ideas for the betterment of the company.” As Director of Human Resources, Pat will be dedicated to nurturing and enhancing the people and culture at Pinnacle IT. This includes managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and development programs. Pat will work to advance Pinnacle IT’s company culture by implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. This role involves fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment, addressing internal challenges, and ensuring that all team members feel valued and supported. As Pinnacle IT grows, Pat’s leadership will be crucial in maintaining the company’s core values and making sure it remains an attractive and fulfilling place to work. Pat will also be responsible for developing strategies that align HR practices with the overall business objectives, ensuring that the human capital of the organization is aligned with its growth and success.
Kori McGowan, who has been with Pinnacle IT since March 24, 2021, and previously served as the Procurement Manager, has transitioned into the role of Director of Administration. In her new role, Kori will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations at Pinnacle IT. This includes overseeing office management, procurement, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. Kori will manage the support staff, coordinate internal communications, and ensure that all departments have the resources they need to function effectively. “I enjoy my role in Procurement, and I look forward to being more involved in the Administrative side,” Kori shared. “Working with the team to improve communication and staff culture is something I am excited to see unfold.” Her leadership will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency, particularly as Pinnacle IT expands, requiring streamlined processes and effective resource allocation. Kori’s leadership will be key to ensuring that as the company grows, it does so in a way that is organized, efficient, and aligned with Pinnacle IT’s strategic goals.
Will Gambill, previously the Marketing Manager, has been appointed as the Director of Strategy & Communication. In this role, Will continues to manage Pinnacle IT’s marketing functions while also taking on a more forward-focused approach to guide business operations. His responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals, ensuring that Pinnacle IT remains competitive and innovative in a rapidly changing industry. He will also oversee the company’s internal and external communications, fostering a cohesive brand identity and ensuring that all messaging resonates with both clients and employees. His role will involve close collaboration with other directors to streamline operations, drive business development, and enhance client relationships. Will’s strategic vision and ability to anticipate market trends will be instrumental as Pinnacle IT navigates its next phase of growth. “From the moment I met with Chris [Bates], I knew that this is somewhere I could grow. I’ve been very blessed to be a part of the Pinnacle IT family and to have been chosen to continue the work I do at a new level. I’m very excited to continue assisting in the growth of Pinnacle IT in my new role,” said Will Gambill.
