A: Great question! We believe that The Computer Hut didn’t fit our level of service quality or the direction we were moving. Our company is growing, and we decided to go with a name that allowed us more opportunity for marketing and that spoke to our premier quality as your outsourced IT solutions partner.

A: No. We are still locally owned and operated, and our main office is still in Little Rock.

A: We are shooting for the first week of April 2023 to have our rebranding completed.

A: No. Our service agreements are still valid, and we do not require new agreements to be signed to continue services.

A: Yes, you can reach us via phone, email, or our website to get support. Please note that our emails are changing from @comphut.com to @pinnacleit.com. To email support, you will now email support@pinnacleit.com. Existing emails for support will still work.

A: We will start processing changes immediately. You should see reference to our new name within a few billing cycles.

A: The terminology within the industry is shifting, and we are adopting the new terminology. This change doesn’t impact our service offering or commitment to our customers.
