NorDx had an older system that was not communicating information to their clients effectively. Pinnacle IT came to the rescue, creating a modern website with secure, advanced search and filtering functionality to quickly get NorDx’s clients the information they needed.

Pinnacle worked closely with NorDx to create a full change management system that tracks every detail of a test from creation to publication. By using Active Directory during the creation and editing process of the tests, they are able to use support staff to create and modify tests and give managers the ability to review tests and provide feedback before publishing them to the public.

NorDx has clients at different locations that need information based on their location. The system allows for fine-grained control over what information is given to their clients, based on their location. As a result, the number of support calls has been greatly reduced.
