Kico emigrated from Chile in 1980 and has been a Maine resident in business as a commerical artist since 1984 - with a wide range of local, regional and national clients. He is a graduate of University of the North, Chile's most distinguished art school and after graduating was appointed to the faculty as a full-time professor.
