MEET THE PRINCIPALS

Dan Grosz        

Pinnacle IT welcomed Dan Grosz as President on March 1, 2012. Dan offers a combination of proven leadership, hands-on management style, insight, international experience, as well as business and technical savvy demonstrated by a track record of successful and innovative accomplishment.

As an award winning IT executive, Dan’s deep experience in software development, ecommerce, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and business process optimization benefit the employees and clients of Pinnacle IT.

Awards include the 2007 CIO Decisions Mid-Market Leadership Award, the 2008 R.L. Polk Inventory Efficiency Award, the 2008 Aberdeen Supply Chain Technology Award, the Midsize Enterprise Summit East’s 2010 Best Midmarket Software Solution Award. In 2011 Dan made the top 3 finalists Aberdeen Retail Summit BI Award.

Showcased regularly by leading vendors such as IBM, Cisco, Qliktech, Dan also provides consulting to the Aberdeen Group, IDC, Network World, Nemertes and others.

In 2007 Dan was selected for a 2 year term to be Chairman of the Automotive Industry Aftermarket Association (AAIA) Technology Committee, which is a national association representing over 7,000 companies. In this capacity he oversaw the strategic technical direction of the Association and led industry initiatives to extend data standards and introduce new ecommerce web services--including pioneering work in telematics. Subsequently Dan was appointed as chairman of the AAIA’s Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Subcommittee.
 

Pamela A. Kick        

Executive Vice President, Sales and Operations Planning of Pinnacle IT Pamela Kick is a veteran of computer technology, with more than 20 years of experience as a business owner. With dual degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration, Pamela’s mission is to provide a company that delivers high performance, current technology solutions in state and beyond.

Pamela’s broad base of professional experience has made her an architect of business structure. An expert manager, she draws her knowledge from work in the manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, insurance, and healthcare industries, including a position as CFO and VP of Finance and IT for New England Rehabilitation Hospital. She brings a wealth of skill as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager. But above all, Pamela has always surrounded herself with computers. An authority in a range of information technologies, she worked as a consultant and software trainer before co-founding Pinnacle in 1996.

Born and raised in Waterville, Pamela is an ardent supporter of her community. She keeps jobs local by growing her company in a steady and fiscally sound way. She serves as VP of the Waterville Development Corporation and as a member of numerous local committees. Pinnacle IT is a proud sponsor of the Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter.
